Bertolini's Pizzeria & Italian Restaurant at 19620 Pines Boulevard #111, Pembroke Pines, Florida.

Horrible experience. I went for take out pizza. I got there and nobody was at the counter and a pizza was sitting on the counter unattended, not even in a box. I was waiting and waiting. Finally a man came up and asked if he could help me. I told him my name, hoping that was not my pizza. Sure enough it was. He wiped the counter off with his apron then puts a pizza box down and puts my pizza in the box, cuts it, closed the lid and walks away. I wait and wait and wait. The a waitress says she will be right with me, delivers the food she is carrying, comes back and asks if she can help me. I tell her the story and then the man finally co rd back with a handful of basil, and throws it on my pizza. Then puts it in front of me. I start feeling the box since the pizza can't be hot. They offer to put it back it in the oven. I did no I just wanted to go. The waitress starts to ring me up and says WOW! I said excuse me? She starts saying that he had to go get the basil, "it's an ingredient" with such disdain. I said don't talk to me like I'm stupid. I have to talk to people every day and take their cheap I don't have to take it from you. I didn't want to buy the pizza but my mom was waiting for it so what could I do. What a nasty women.
